Job Description: As a Solar Sales Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our solar energy business. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. It also requires someone that is truly passionate about helping people.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic sales team that take ownership of the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various methods, including door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customer needs and propose suitable solar energy solutions.
  • Present and explain solar energy products and services to potential customers.
  • Present quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales. And most importantly help homeowners save money.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system which is JobNimbus
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
