Joining us means you’ll be working with a phenomenal group of people—from farming experts to tech groundbreakers to sustainability gurus—in a down-to-earth and supportive culture.

Ready to have a real impact on climate change and help us change the future of the livestock industry?

About the role

In this newly created role as Enterprise Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for AgriWebb’s highest value and most complex customers. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience is delivered, and securing expansion revenue and renewed services. As an experienced account manager, you will shape the enterprise customer experience for AgriWebb, developing long-term strategies for managing large, strategic accounts. You will be tasked with ensuring our Enterprise customers realize value from partnering with AgriWebb through the planning and execution of customer engagements and partner coordination.

You will evaluate account performance, provide detailed reporting and ensure a regular cadence of communication with our customers and internal stakeholders. As the conduit between the customer and the business, you will oversee contract relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews, oversee delivery of projects and strike the balance between advocating for the customer and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include project management, issue resolution, managing customer communications, and scaling adoption – all with a focus on customer impact, satisfaction, and revenue impact. You will manage relationships with technical and project leadership externally and internally and support account expansion by identifying and engaging with colleagues and our leadership team in upsell/cross-sell/renewal opportunities.

This position works remotely and can be based anywhere in the US, with a preference for the West Coast to allow for better timezone alignment with Australia.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Considerable experience and understanding of enterprise sales, success and account management strategies, ideally within SaaS enterprise sales
  • A good understanding of developing strategic business plans and structuring renewal deals for enterprise customers
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • An understanding of the livestock supply chain across the United States would be preferred, but not required
  • The technical acumen and self-motivation to learn about the various components in the AgriWebb product and ecosystem

Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $125,000

The indicated pay range is what AgriWebb reasonably expects to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions will be determined based on a variety of considerations such as work location, work experience, industry experience, education, seniority, responsibility level, or similar factors.

This position will be eligible for up to a $25,000 bonus per annum based upon performance.
