We are hiring an Asset Management Analyst that will play a critical role in the successful management of utility scale solar and storage, community solar, onsite C&I solar, and standalone battery storage projects (“Projects”) across the U.S.
Your expertise in asset management and contract management, coupled with your knowledge of solar and battery storage systems, will be essential to ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of our Projects.

What You’ll Do
- Perform day-to-day asset management of a portfolio of Aggreko-owned utility-scale, C&I, and community solar and hybrid battery storage assets along with grid-connected battery storage assets to ensure key performance metrics are met or exceeded.
- Administer and manage major project documents, including leading resolution of project issues (e.g., equipment warranties, landowner agreements, PPAs/subscription agreements, development services agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, etc.).
- Analyze daily, monthly, quarterly performance of the operating portfolio and summarize the financial and operational performance of assets.
- Monitor and analyze daily site/portfolio performance. Manage O&M partners to optimize performance, maintain site production, and make unscheduled maintenance decisions in a cost-effective manner.
- Manage and use Bluepoint, Aggreko’s asset management software, to ensure that assets are managed in an organized manner, project operating reports are generated and distributed on time, project expenses are paid on time and any contracts that are due for renewal/extension are identified in advance.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as tax equity, lenders, O&M providers, Subscriber Acquisition/Management Organizations, insurance providers, etc.
- Collaborate with Accounting team to complete monthly accruals, GL entries, and internal reporting requirements including project budget to actuals (financials and operations).
- Administer project-level financing and tax equity agreements, including loan draws, deposits, cash distributions, and provide business updates, perform managing member responsibilities, and obtain consents, as required.
- Support cross-functional teams (business development, project finance, legal, construction, etc.) in resolving material issues affecting operational projects and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ensure consistent implementation of management, health, safety and environmental processes across all projects in the portfolio.
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Asset Management or Renewable Energy (Community solar experience preferred).
- Experience reviewing project contracts for operational purposes
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytic skills, financial analysis and proven reporting competence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the desire to communicate actively with various backgrounds.
- Self-starter, motivated, results-driven individual with high work standards.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint & Project)
- Navigate Data Rooms (shared files from customers and vendors).
- Travel 10%
