POSITION SCOPE:
Under general supervision, is responsible and accountable for the continuous safe and efficient operations and/or maintenance of an assigned functional area of responsibility. Provides leadership, coaching, counseling, advising and teaching to others through day to day contact. Directs, monitors and evaluates performance of direct reports within the reporting organization. Prepares, controls and administers budgets to achieve business results relating to overall performance, cost efficiency and reliability. Ensures wastewater treatment plant is running optimally and that HSS is in compliance with permit conditions. Ensure boiler water treatment system is operating correctly and works with Operations and Maintenance groups to identify and correct issues in the system. Prioritizes work and works with maintenance to correct issues in WWT and water treatment systems.
