Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead monitoring T&D operational performance against KPI targets based on industry standards and statistical analysis

  • Ensures accurate monitoring and reporting of T&D asset performance and metrics.

  • Develop tools and processes to further monitor equipment health and system performance.

  • Leads the development of asset performance improvement strategies.

  • Lead the development of processes, tools and strategy necessary to capture, analyze, monitor, trend, and report asset condition indicators

  • Provides continuous assessment of asset performance by monitoring the asset register and related records.

  • Lead and participate in root cause analyses (RCAs) for significant T&D equipment failures.

  • Supports development and updates to Asset Strategies for critical asset classes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills, leadership, and communication.

  • Perform complex analysis with limited supervision.

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, preferred electrical or computer, from an ABET accredited college or university. On track for PE, FE passed preferred.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency with sophisticated analysis and database tools for development of metrics and dashboards: PowerBi, SAS, and GCP.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
