The person to fulfill this role must be a self-assured problem solver. Unexpected emergencies will not be a cause of frustration. It is required that the project manager will be highly organized and proactive.

Job Responsibilities

Preplan for each commercialresidential installation:

• Must have a strong electrical background.
• Preplan for each commercial installation.
• – Applying for permits.
• – Assist in ordering materials.
• – Coordinate interconnection with the power company.
• Must have an understanding of the overall installation process.
• Assist with each installation to pass inspection.
• Assist with existing projects that are within the pipeline.

Qualifications:

Effective communicator.

Knowledge of commercial solar installation is an absolute necessity.

Knowledge of the permitting process and experience with the interconnect process for commercial installations.

Deep knowledge of the materials needed for commercial installations.

Education/Experience:

Solar: 2+ years (Required)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (early leave on Friday)

No work on Saturday

Occasional work on Sunday

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 40 per week
