Customer Service Rep – Renewable Energy

Compensation:

$87,000 – $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales targets and company objectives
• Present the benefits of renewable energy and incentives
• Educate customers face-to-face on incentives and benefits of solar

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Honest and transparent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Some college
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
