Administrative Assistant/Data Entry

Status: Salary – Non-Exempt

Reports To: Field Service Manager

Primary Responsibility:

Provide administrative support for integration process including order management, labor reporting, payroll tracking/processing, purchase order receiving, creation of quality, safety and personnel reports.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Entry of orders into ERP System
  • Entry of labor hours into ERP system
  • Entry of labor hours into payroll system
  • Enry of purchase order receipt entry into ERP system
  • Support special projects assigned by the Services Manager
  • Assist vendors
  • Assist in resolving any invoice/purchase order discrepancies
  • Main point of contact for the creation of purchase orders
  • Champion and follow all quality, safety and environmental procedures, reporting all noncompliance
  • Maintain a professional attitude when representing the company during phone or personal contact with

  • Detail oriented
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate and on-time completion of assignments.
  • Customer/Client Focus

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
