Position Summary:
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our team by identifying, qualifying, and converting potential customers into loyal clients. You will be responsible for educating customers about the benefits of solar energy, addressing their concerns, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, online research, and referrals.
- Customer Education: Explain the benefits of solar energy, including environmental advantages, financial savings, and government incentives.
- Proposal Development: Prepare customized solar proposals, including system designs, cost estimates, and financing options.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential customers, effectively addressing their questions and objections.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to maximize profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate sales records and track performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with solar energy technology and industry trends.
- Valid driver’s license.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
