Job Overview
As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. This role involves educating clients on the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the process of selecting the best solar products for their needs.
Duties
– Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs
– Provide information on solar energy products, services, and financing options
– Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote referrals
– Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar solutions
– Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals effectively
– Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications
– Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, or related fields
– Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer service
– Knowledge of solar energy systems and products is a plus
– Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse customer base
– Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous
– Proficiency in software applications for sales tracking and reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $114,928.00 – $134,235.00 per year
