Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dealer to join our team. As a Dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the solar industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience and a passion for renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers
– Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products
– Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
– Ability to self generate leads
– Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
– Provide leadership and guidance to your dealer network
Skills:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar sales or a related field
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
– Proficiency in SolarGraf, Solo, or similar solar proposal software tools
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to conduct effective door-to-door sales presentations
– Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
