Job Summary:
We are seeking a canvasser to schedule appointments with homeowners for free roof inspections, homeowners who want info on zero-cost solar panels, or and/or for estimates on home improvement work. Flexible schedule.
Duties:
– Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with people at their doors
– Use short conversation techniques to persuade individuals to learn more
Requirements:
– Experience in door-to-door canvassing, solar or home improvements isn’t necessary but will be valued
– Strong spoken English and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented in terms of income
Pay is output-based, not hourly and is pay is high. This position allows team members to earn 2k and more per week on a flexible schedule but is also, for many, just a way into the company. We hire from within for sales reps, managers and more.
It takes a comfort talking with strangers, a determination to succeed even when it’s hot out, chilly, when a stranger gets rude and slams a door, or when you’re just feeling tired.
