We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our dynamic blitz team at Skye Energy. Our blitz team operates 10 days a month, offering you the flexibility and freedom to pursue other interests during the remaining days. Our upcoming blitz includes travel to Arizona, with housing costs covered.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the success of the sales process.
- Self-generate leads by going door to door and following up to close deals. (Work towards having setters to set appointments for you).
- Explain the benefits of residential solar and manage the sales process and paperwork from start to finish.
- Follow up with previous leads who did not close.
- Maintain a professional attitude, reflecting well on yourself and the company to clients.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Attend sales meetings and training to stay updated on the latest developments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Self-driven with a passion for personal development.

Pay: $10,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month

- 4 hour shift

Experience:
- B2B: 1 year (Preferred)
- Solar sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Door-to-door: 1 year (Preferred)
