Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the solar operations team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor sales representatives, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in door-to-door and other sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely project completion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the solar division, including sales targets, marketing initiatives, and operational processes.
  • Utilize high-level communication and organizational skills to coordinate between different teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of solar projects.
  • Leverage computer skills for CRM management, reporting, and other operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the solar or related industry.
  • Strong background in sales, particularly door-to-door sales, with the ability to train and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
  • A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving growth in the solar sector.
  • Established experience with vendors in the solar industry.
