Digital Services Logistician

Summary Objective
The Digital Services Logistician is responsible for directing and coordinating Stellar Energy field team logistics personnel and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of the service teams resources. Also, this role is responsible to support the overall field activities, providing mission critical tracking and organization of all field resources/materials in support of field personnel. Working as a team with the operations headquarters element/procurement team to transition resources from 3rd party vendors and manufacturing facilities to the field seamlessly. This role will seek to organize all field assets with the coordination of field team leaders to ensure projects arrive on scope from an operational, transportation, and logistical perspective.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Preparing bills and invoices
- Managing distribution and shipment budgets
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Also this role is required to be able to pass a JLG/Boom lift training and or forklift rough terrain operators training.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The first shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is required for this role throughout North America
Occasional international travel may be required
Required Education and Experience
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in a related discipline from an accredited university.
- 6-10 + years of experience with hands on support activities.
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
