Join the University Housing Facilities team as a Facilities Technician III! We are seeking energetic and skilled candidates to provide repair and maintenance of all mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
Work with a team of professionals focused on excellent customer service with no sales component. Base hours are all daytime hours with flexible start time. This position may have a rotating weekends schedule or scheduled on-call with standby and call back compensation.

Inspects, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards and to prevent further damage. Assists with construction, design and operational maintenance as needed.

Schedule will be determined with the selected finalist upon hire. Primary schedule is Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am – 6:00pm, with an on-call or weekend rotation as required by the department.
