About the Job

Geneverse is seeking a talented individual to join our growing team as a Solar Regional Sales Manager to lead our Business-to-Business (B2B) sales efforts in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales within the solar sector, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. As a Solar Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within your assigned region, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic initiatives to expand market share.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the B2B segment.

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including solar developers, EPC contractors, and other B2B customers.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.

Analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable insights and improve sales performance.

Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the solar industry, with at least 7 years of experience in a sales management role.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence others.

Deep understanding of solar energy products, solutions, and market dynamics.

Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Pay & Benefits

Base Salary $95K+ (plus commission)

Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. PTO includes vacation time, sick time and holiday pay, 401(k) with company match up to 4%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
