Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels on commercial properties.
Responsibilities
– Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures following Forman’s instructions
– Assemble solar modules, panels, or support structures as per design plans
– Stage panels and material on the roof/project
– Assist existing crew to complete entire project
– Install racking system, optimizers, solar panels, wire management
Qualifications
– Construction experience a plus
– Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
– Familiarity with operation for material handling
– Comfortable working on rooftops and in VARIOUS !! weather conditions
– Prior experience in fixture installation is a plus
-Able to travel to and from work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
