Head of Project Management (Renewable Energy)

X4 Technology are offering the opportunity for a Head of Project Management to join one of their dynamic Renewable Energy clients. They have a diverse portfolio that includes wind, solar and energy storage projects that contribute to global decarbonization.

The team are focused on identifying and monetizing stranded or wasted energy. They are identifying and developing new business sections that are utilising these stranded energy assets, particularly non grid related.

Responsibilities of the Head of Project Management include:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, energy storage)
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments within the renewable energy sector
• Manage project risks, budgets and timelines while maintaining a high standard of safety, quality and compliance

Requirements of the Head of Project Management include:

• Proven experience in leading large-scale projects in the renewable energy industry with a focus on solar, wind or energy storage projects
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse project teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
• Possesses a passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions
