Job Description

As the Overseas Sales Manager for energy storage products, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company’s global sales efforts. This includes formulating and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets in line with the company’s growth objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring profitability through cost and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s overseas sales initiatives by setting annual performance targets, formulating business strategies, and ensuring the execution of those strategies to meet goals.
  • Analyze global market trends and competitor activities, develop product and marketing strategies, and implement comprehensive plans to expand the company’s presence in the energy storage market.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a sales team from scratch, ensuring a motivated and effective department. Oversee team performance and provide guidance and mentorship.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify new opportunities to meet evolving needs.
  • Monitor and manage the sales department’s costs and profitability, ensuring that financial targets are met.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the energy storage industry, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth in international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team from the ground up, with strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
