Join SolarEdge, a global leader in smart energy solutions, as a Senior Manager of Grid Services and drive the future of clean energy! In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead the growth and scaling of SolarEdge’s Grid Services and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) initiatives across North America. You’ll shape partnerships, innovate with industry-leading technology, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fuel the transition to a more sustainable energy grid.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Power Industry Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with utilities and third-party partners, delivering cutting-edge Grid Services solutions powered by SolarEdge hardware and VPP technology.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the face of SolarEdge to key accounts, working hand-in-hand with top players in the energy sector to define, support, and grow Grid Services programs.
  • Drive Utility Program Growth: Lead the adoption of utility incentive programs by leveraging cross-departmental collaboration (Marketing, Sales, Training, Support, Finance), driving customer enrollments and program expansion.
  • Innovative Solutions Development: Design and define technical solutions that align with utility needs, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in energy management.
  • Product Development Leadership: Partner with development teams to prioritize and shape game-changing product features that keep SolarEdge at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in partnership, account, or program management within Grid Services, Virtual Power Plants, or Energy Efficiency programs is essential.
  • Industry Expertise: Prior exposure to the Solar and Storage industry gives you a competitive edge.
  • SaaS Growth Mastery: A track record of rapidly scaling SaaS solutions through smart growth strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A knack for delivering captivating, value-driven experiences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Collaboration Champion: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Top-Notch Communication: Fluent English with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree required.

FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE

At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be approximately $140k-$160k. Base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
