This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about process standardization and continuous improvement in CNC programming, metal fabrication, and product development.About the Role: As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers and CNC programmers to ensure fabrication tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical design, production, and quality departments, to standardize processes and enhance the efficiency of metal fabrication operations. This role is crucial for overseeing new product development (NPD) initiatives and integrating them into production seamlessly.
