Manager of Project Finance

I’m working with a national leader in Community Solar, the company focuses on the full-service development, construction, integration, financing and installation of Solar. They are a National leader in the renewable market, and they’re looking to add this expertise to their team!

In this position you will be expected to:

• Manage, mentor and develop Analysts/Associates .
• Manage all deliverables for ordinary course deployment to existing tax equity and debt funds.
• Coordinate diligence for and manage day-to-day relationships with tax equity investors and lenders.
• Assist with negotiation of and modelling for new tax equity and debt funds.
• Build, maintain, and extend project finance and corporate financial models.
• Support evaluation of strategic opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• BA in with a concentration in economics, finance, energy or a related field.
• 4+ years in project finance at a financial institution lending or investing in, an advisor on transactions relating to, or a developer of, renewable energy projects.
• Fluency in financial modelling and familiarity with tax equity and debt structures.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working across teams and with external partners
