Position: Operations Manager
Reports to: VP of Operations
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities
- Develop, Aggregate, Organize and distribute action items and initiatives to
- increase quality and quantity of fuel supply
- Improve plant efficiency
- Improve plant availability
Determine metrics to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of each of the above initiatives
Report to Senior Management the success or failure of each initiative
Report to Senior Management the success or failure of fuel supply and facility compliance with each initiative
Utilize the developed action item and initiative to
- Develop annual production budgets
- Develop weekly production forecasts
- Develop reports for the Board of Directors and Senior Management team
Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- 5-7 years in progressive roles, most recently as management of fuel supply, operations, a region of facilities, or a large operating facility
- Six sigma certification a plus
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, while meeting goals and objectives within timelines
- Above average written, verbal and interpersonal skills
