WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing individual to fill a new Renewable Energy Customer Service Consultant position immediately. Candidates must be passionate about helping others and making a significant difference in the environment. Supreme communication skills and professional demeanor are required to be successful in this opportunity.

NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM! We will provide classroom and on-the-job training for all employees. Our standards are higher than most, which is why every member of our team is required to complete our in-house training program and master product and client knowledge pertaining to the renewable energy industry.

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Educate potential and existing customers on solar energy solutions with a focus on increasing brand awareness and client exposure
  • Network and look for opportunities for engagement via referrals or direct meetings with consumers to promote renewable energy services in the region
  • Provide impeccable customer service during every client interaction
  • Demonstrate the ability to close contracts and consistently build client relationships
  • Become a renewable energy connoisseur and master of industry knowledge

This is a client-facing role, so the ability to adapt and think quickly in a fast-paced environment is vital to succeed in this role.
