Summary

The Supply Chain Finance Intern will be responsible for:

  • Leading Supply Chain Audits.
  • Assist with the fixed asset audit.
  • Document process & perform audit: Engineering/Manufacturing labor vouchering.
  • Supply Chain process improvement project-Crown Jewel Cost out opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Intern also will learn about the following:

  • Observe HMH’s workplace culture by interacting with different functions
  • Enhance knowledge/skills & apply in actual business scenarios
  • Develop professional communication skills with Executive Leadership
  • Experience performance evaluations/feedback in a professional setting
  • Skills/Requirements

    • Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with Finance/Accounting majors preferred.
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
    • Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
    • Ability to work independently or within a larger team as required by the project and subsystem.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft office products, i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Additional Information

    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
