Are you a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience managing commercial and residential solar projects? Do you have a passion for renewable energy and sustainable building practices? We’re seeking a Solar Project Manager to join our team and lead solar projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the solar installation schedule to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct thorough project walkthroughs and perform quality inspections.
• Order necessary materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve any client issues or concerns to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Attend and coordinate final project inspections.
• Lead and manage installation crews, ensuring high-quality work standards.
• Order and manage solar plans, and submit PG&E applications.
• Collaborate with permit tech to handle all solar permit submissions.
• Spend 30-50% of your time in the field visiting project sites.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial and residential solar projects.
• Must be located in or around Sonoma County and have the ability to drive.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with PG&E applications and solar permits.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate install crews for efficient project execution.
