Job Discription

1. Installation and commissioning of energy storage PCS and battery system: Conduct cold and hot adjustments according to product specifications and process steps, timely utilize local and headquarters resources to solve commissioning problems until delivery to customers, and make a summary of commissioning work;
2. Energy storage system monitoring and maintenance: Responsible for daily monitoring of energy storage PCS and battery systems, ensuring stable system operation, and promptly handling and resolving system failures;
3. Fault diagnosis and repair: Identify the cause of the fault and solve it in a timely manner, analyze system problems, avoid the fault affecting the power plant’s production capacity or causing safety issues, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
4. Data analysis and reporting: Real time collection and monitoring of various operational data of energy storage power stations, adjustment of power station operation modes and control of power station output capabilities, production of operational reports, and proposal of system optimization suggestions;
5. Equipment maintenance and upkeep: Maintain and upkeep the units, inverters, transformers, switches, and other equipment of the energy storage power station to ensure that the equipment operates in optimal condition;
6. Technical support and training: Provide technical support and training to team members and users to improve system efficiency;
7. Document management: Maintain and update system operation and maintenance related documents and records;
8. Safety management: Ensure safety during the operation process and comply with relevant safety regulations and standards;
9. Project collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to implement system upgrades, renovations, or optimization projects.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical, electromechanical, automation and other related engineering majors;
2. Familiar with the relevant technical system standards for energy storage power station operation and maintenance;
3. Fluent English communication skills, customer business negotiation skills, contract writing skills, and the ability to judge and deal with related power equipment failures;
4. At least 2 years of work experience in new energy (photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage) operation and maintenance.
