Chief Operating Officer (COO) Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000/year

With rapid growth and an expanding footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and drive operational excellence.

Position Overview:

The COO will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of V3 Electric. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, innovative thinking, and experience in scaling operations for a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability across all departments.
  • Oversee daily operations, including project management, sales, customer service, and supply chain functions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement the company’s vision and growth plan.
  • Monitor company performance, assess operational effectiveness, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with an emphasis on teamwork, innovation, and accountability.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project completion and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or similar executive role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong background in the solar energy, renewable energy, or utility industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and scaling businesses.
  • Experience in managing large teams and complex projects across multiple locations.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop and manage budgets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
