Job Summary

As a Inside Sales Representative (Inside Energy Advisor) at Renu Energy Solutions, the role involves building trust and rapport with prospective customers through various channels like inbound calls, emails, and in-person events. It includes continuously expanding knowledge about solar and renewable energy solutions to effectively guide customers. Addressing inquiries regarding financial options for solar installations is a key responsibility.

The position demands representing the Renu brand with expertise and a consultative approach to assist customers in making informed decisions. Collaboration with internal and external teams is vital to ensure seamless support and exceed customer expectations.

This position is a full-time, onsite position located in our Charlotte, NC Renu headquarters. This may include some local travel.

Reports to the Renu Inside Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Building trust and rapport with prospective customers via inbound phone calls, email communications, in-person events, such as home shows, text messages and online chat.
  • Develop and constantly improve your solar and renewable energy knowledge base with the view of being able to guide prospective solar and energy storage customers.
  • Answer and address questions regarding financial options for home solar installations.
  • This will be the front of the line representative for the brand “Renu Energy Solutions”, and as such, you will represent the brand with in-depth knowledge, the ability to answer their questions in a consultative way, guiding them to their intended outcome.
  • Collaborate with all other internal and external departments within Renu, with a vision to support and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 2 Years of inside sales or call center or customer service experience; solar experience a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to embrace system knowledge of CRMs, Dialing services and Calendar/Territory/Schedule Management.
  • Work with high integrity and with high ethical standards.
  • Strong professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
