All About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Cell Plant Manager. As the Cell Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cell manufacturing plant and ensuring that production goals are met. This is a challenging and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical or industrial engineering or a related field is preferred but may be substituted with relatable experience in manufacturing leadership
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, retrieval of data, usage, and manipulation for interpretation of information from SQL databases)
  • Ability to utilize mechanical and electrical prints to manufacturing product
  • Financial experience is a plus

Must be a US citizen or green card holder to work at this facility

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of production employees, ensuring that they are meeting performance targets and following safety guidelines
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Coordination with process engineering, design engineering, program management, quality and customers to ensure the on-time delivery of quality products within the budget
  • Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

This position may require hands on production support on related activities. A person in this position is expected to spend 25-50% of their day on the shop floor supporting and overseeing the work being performed.
