AXA XL has recently launched a business unit focused on serving the needs of mid-sized customers and this unique opportunity drives the product management efforts for the critical Inland Marine business unit. This leader will have the opportunity to engage closely with the Middle Market leadership team to enable growth of our Inland Marine product line and ensure our coverages meet the needs of our broader middle market customer base. This leader will play a key role in driving the overall success of the Middle Market business unit and they will have the opportunity to lean into the broader product strategy decisions of the organization.

The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 92,500 – 182,000. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individuals skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues pay.
