We are dedicated to advancing sustainable energy projects worldwide and are currently seeking a highly qualified Professional Geotechnical Engineer (PE) to join our team for an upcoming PV Energy System Installation project in one of several international locations.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Professional Geotechnical Engineer (PE) to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our PV Energy System Installation project. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and on-site construction supervision to ensure pv & storage projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations, design and analyze the installation projects from conception to completion, and prepare geotechnical reports of the finding
• Develop plans, designs, and cost estimates for the installation project
• Oversee all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Coordinate Geotechnical analysis and designs for the installation project.
• Develop and implement safety protocols for the duration of the project
• Work on-site as required by the project, maintaining a strong presence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify all necessary local permits and licenses and ensure that they are obtained and maintained.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project participants.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current U.S. license in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and constructing engineering projects.
• Relevant experience in geotechnical engineering projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, or Construction Management.
• Experience in all aspects of design/build contract execution.
• Knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and earthworks.
• Experience with U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
• Strict availability to work on-site as required by the project.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to oversee and coordinate construction projects, including managing teams and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Prior experience with Solar and battery storage systems is required.
