Solar Installer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solar Installer to join our growing company. We are looking for installers with any variety of experience. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing Solar Edge and Enphase systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics. Including assembling all components of a residential solar system, trenching and concrete work. Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure job sites are left clean.

• team members to ensure compliance to company safety policies for fall protection and OSHA standards
• knowledge of racking, j box, layout and chalking, penetrations, sealants, and bending pipe.

• Proficient in reading electrical plans, layout, assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware
• Equipment and material staging, Responsible for double checking all material needed for job completion before leaving for job site
• Prepare and clean up job site
• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer throughout the installation process
• Additional duties may be required as needed
• Vehicle maintenance, trailer maintenance, trailer stock
• Documentation on Podio and pictures on CC of job completion and description detailing any additional work if needed

-Minimum 1 years experience in Solar Installation

-4-10 hour work day or later if needed

-Willing to travel 2-3 Hrs to job sites when needed

-Experience with Solar Edge and Enphase Operating Systems

-Company truck and trailer provided

-Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record

-Smart phone needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 45 per week
