Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG and is part of its Post Trade division.
This Client Engagement Team Lead role will assist newly signed clients with onboarding onto Acadia applications and working with existing clients to expand their usage of our applications. This role will be a leadership position within our team and will have team members reporting to them.
This team will liaise with clients and resolve their queries, take ownership of the queries, and ensuring that they are coordinated among departments.
Role Responsibilities
  • This is a leadership role with team members directly reporting to the candidate
  • Will be responsible for weekly check ins with Head of Client Engagement to update projects and current status of team
  • Work with sales to onboard clients for new work flows
  • Support sales with demonstrating products
  • Manage existing client onboarding projects
  • Updating and creating agreements to support new products
  • Maintaining client contact lists
  • Updating Monday.com client profiles
  • Second level support for client service
Experience and Qualifications Required
Proficient in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
