In the Wrtsil Energy ES&O Lifecycle Management, we are looking for an Agreement Manager for a growing Energy Storage market in North America. The position will report to the Sr. Agreement Manager, Energy Storage and be based in Houston, United States.
The Agreement Manager is accountable for overall performance of the assigned agreement and warranty customers including agreement renewals, upselling, customer care and lifecycle services delivery during the lifecycle of the ESS installations. This includes driving financial, operative, and technical performance of customer installations, identification of customer pain points and addressing those with corrective actions. The Agreement Manager will also secure customer investments and minimize related financial risks and ensure customer profitability by proactively identifying performance improvement measures. The Agreement Manager will work closely with the other ES&O teams to ensure a seamless process from project delivery into lifecycle support.

Requirements
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, economics or similar is required for this role. Candidates must have at least five (5) years of experience in contract management and administration, preferably in the energy generation industry but other industries will be considered. Demonstrated success in managing, writing, reviewing, and negotiating large, complex, and non-standard agreements is a must. Solid knowledge of legal and contractual laws governing projects would be an advantage.
