Description
All Energy Solar is seeking full-time Journeyman Electricians to join our team in Northeastern Massachusetts to primarily service eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The Journeyman Electricians will lead an installation crew as well as perform the necessary tasks required to ensure the safe and successful operation of residential and commercial solar electric systems.
Duties
- Install grid tied solar electric systems
- Install battery backup hybrid solar systems
- Provide service upgrades
- Install, test, and confirm monitoring
- Complete all work to current NEC codes
- Supervise and participate in installation of electrical components by unlicensed installers
- Take responsibility for personal and electrical safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of the installation crew
- Other relevant duties as needed
Skills/Qualifications
- Required: current MA Journeyman Electrician License and relevant work experience. NH license, or ability to obtain immediately, also required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Previous experience installing PV systems preferred but not necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portrays a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor
- Clean driving record
- Valid state driver’s license
- Thrives in a team environment
Compensation
- This is a full-time non-exempt position with an expected pay range of $45-54 per hour, DOE
- Company vehicle provided (take-home), company phone
