Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Solar Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to not only excel in solar sales but also cross-train in roofing sales, expanding your skills and earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold-calling.
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to educate them on the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings it can provide.
- Prepare and present customized solar energy proposals to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Close sales and manage the customer relationship throughout the installation process.
- Participate in roofing sales training to gain a comprehensive understanding of roofing products and services.
- Cross-sell roofing services to solar clients where appropriate, expanding your earning opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, solar technologies, and roofing systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, roofing, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in roofing sales.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $30,000 base plus uncapped commissions.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
