As Form transforms the grid, we are looking for a Procurement Operations Associate to support the development and commercialization of our multi-day energy storage technology. You will be responsible for executing Forms purchases across a variety of goods, services, and vendors, as well as creating purchase orders and ensuring compliance with Forms purchasing policies. Highly organized and reliable, you will become the central expert to guide, advise, and execute on purchasing activities across the company. You will report to the Manager of Purchasing and Business Processes within our rapidly-growing Supply Chain organization and will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Operations teams.
This opportunity is based out of Form Energy’s Weirton, WV facility. Relocation assistance is available.
Execute the purchasing workflow for a variety of goods and services to support the West Virginia Form Factory
Process purchase requests, confirm compliance with company policies, and create and issue purchase orders
Support new vendor onboarding to Forms ERP system, including performing Supplier Due Diligence
Support the resolution of purchasing or invoicing issues alongside finance and other stakeholders
Coordinate with Legal, AP, Finance, and other business stakeholders to solve cross-functional issues with the P2P process and workflow
2-5 years of professional experience in a purchasing, supply chain, or related operations role
Highly organized, attentive to detail, reliable, and proactive
Ability to multitask, prioritize efforts, and effectively communicate progress and issues
Comfortable working in a fast pace environment and the ability to manage time effectively
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with common business software and purchasing systems (Oracle Fusion, ZipHQ is a plus)
