We have an exciting opportunity open for a Senior Financial Analyst with the ability to work remote from any of the following states: AR, OK, MO, ME, TX, SC, TN, KS, FL, NY, NY, or LA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will play a pivotal role in supporting Business Development (greenfield projects and M&A) at Peaks Renewables HoldCo, LLC (Peaks). Reporting directly to the Manager of Finance, this position will be primarily responsible for conducting financial analysis and valuation for potential mergers, acquisitions, and new project opportunities. Key responsibilities include screening potential investments, building detailed feasibility models, and developing commercial proposals. The role will also involve supporting project economics across the companys portfolio assets and contributing to upfront project feasibility analysis and due diligence efforts. While the focus is on valuation and business development, the position will also support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting (FP&A) activities.
