WSP is currently initiating a search for a Renewables Engineer Market Leader . Be a key leader within WSP USAs Energy team ranked #9 on ENRs 2024 engineering list for the Power sector (and #5 overall), strategically focused on meeting our clients objectives and solving their challenges within the Energy Transition.
WSP USA has an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in WSP’s Energy engineering team, expanding our impact across the US market, preferably based out of our Boulder, CO, office. This is an operational role responsible for team engagement, business growth, and performance with market sector focus on decarbonization opportunities primarily related to deployment of utility-scale solar energy, wind energy, and battery energy storage systems (BESS), but also extending to other client-specific energy needs associated with the Energy Transition such as electrification, microgrids, and power delivery.

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $180,000 – $250,000
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicants sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
