Our client, a giant in the offshore wind space, is seeking a junior-level Talent Aquisition Partner to join their US team in Boston. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY, APPLICANTS MUST LIVE WITHIN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF BOSTON, MA. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in their Back Bay office per week. Any experience in offshore wind, renewables, construction, or maritime is highly desired. This is a contract role set to last through the end of this year.

- Participate in behavioral interviews for entry and mid-level candidates
- Work with Talent Pipeline Managers to identify and coordinate internal talent mobility
- Support hiring managers through interview processes and manage interview feedback
- Handling new employee onboarding
- Foster and maintain relationships with external vendors for recruitment-related activities

- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must live within commutable distance of Boston – the hybrid schedule is non-negotiable
- 2 years of experience in a recruitment or related HR field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
