The Tax and Treasury Manager will have the overall responsibility for managing tax compliance and reporting for the organization including but not limited to its tax equity structures and multi-state project entities from both an accounting and tax perspective. Additionally, the tax and treasury manager will work with our owners regarding tax structure and take on overall responsibility for the highly linked treasury management.
The ideal candidate will have prior tax equity structuring experience and be cognizant of a broad range of tax compliance matters. This position will work alongside the CFO, Manager of FP&A, Controller and MD, Investments.
This role can be structured as remote or hybrid depending on location of the applicant.
