Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Solar Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a drive to educate and guide customers through the solar installation process. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients transition to clean, renewable energy by providing customized solar solutions.

The Solar Consultant will be responsible for lead generation, communication with customers and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients’ energy needs and determine the best solar solution.

– Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available.

– Prepare and present customized solar proposals based on customer needs and preferences.

– Handle objections and answer customer questions to build trust and confidence in our products.

– Close sales and assist customers with the necessary paperwork, including financing options and contracts.

– Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth and timely installation process.

– Maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.

– Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and local regulations related to solar energy.

Qualifications:

– Previous sales experience in solar or related industries.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

– Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
