Position Specific Description

In this role, you would support the goal of aggressively growing our renewable asset production. You will work closely with NEER Late-Stage developers and multiple functional SMEs across the NextEra Energy Resources organization to take utility-scale renewable projects through the Management Approvals process for continued development and construction. Additionally, you will work with the NEER Origination team to take new customer agreements through the Deal Approval process for execution. You will be working with leadership within NEER Development to ensure approval presentations are completed on time, accurately present the facts of the project and summarize the commercial agreements, and clearly relay project fundamentals, key risks, and the rationale for the investment decision. Beyond the requirements below, you will also get the opportunity to create new processes and improve upon existing processes and business practices to support the organization to scale for growth. Excellent time-management, verbal and written communication skills, a focus on both process discipline and continuous improvement, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines are essential for success in this role.
