Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent – (Circa $90k – $120k DOE)

LET Recruitment are representing a leading client working on major solar projects across North America. We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee the on-site construction of renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project management.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, inspections, and contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites (Approx. 50%)
• Safety trained for field work – OSHA 10
