💸 $140-170k base + equity

We are currently partnered with an exciting start-up who are developing a new platform to spearhead the transition to Net Zero, by educating commercial building owners on how to best reduce their carbon footprint. Their data analytics platform can build financial models at the drop of a hat to develop decarbonisation strategies that can be tailored to each building.

Having raised their Series A, they are now looking for a Manager of Project Finance to work closely with their Head of finance in supporting new renewable projects – including solar energy, energy storage as well as EV-charging! The ideal candidate will be experienced in transaction execution, with impeccable analytics skills, as well have a super mission-motivated mindset.

You will:

• Prepare financial documents including terms sheets and contracts for current and future energy projects
• Take the lead for closing new transactions, including investor relationships, timeline and data sharing
• Stay updated on industry trends and the changing regulatory environment, and ensure this is at the forefront of strategy
• Support both the tech and operations teams cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution

You must have:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a project finance role previously
• Proven experience working in a project finance position in a C&I or Utility-Scale IPP renewables company
• Thorough understanding of project finance, including the structuring of debt, equity and tax equity
• Enthusiasm in working in a dynamic start-up environment
