GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Solar Ground Mount Construction Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, specifically within the renewable energy sector, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
This position is field base and requires occasional travel to other Davis Hill Development Sites.
Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, expanding into new markets.
Applicants should be self-starters with a strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated history of professional success in outward-facing roles centered around relationship building and project management. As a Solar Project Developer, you’ll engage with landowners, ranging from individuals to corporations, educating them on the project development process and securing partnerships through lease and purchase agreements.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
As a Solar Project Developer, you’ll be responsible for contributing to early-stage greenfield land acquisition in the Midwest and Northeast regions. Working closely with our GIS team, you’ll identify and secure optimal sites for solar development, cultivating a pipeline of viable, competitive projects.
This role will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development and Origination.
