The Offshore Winder Tender Coordinator will support the business development and tender process for Offshore Wind environmental projects. In this role you will prepare and submit bids, collaborating as needed with cross functional departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to collect and compile technical and commercial information.
- Develop and manage comprehensive tender submissions, including technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
- Organize and lead tender review sessions, approval processes, and other commercial meetings, including documenting meeting minutes.
- Oversee tender documentation management, from downloading client documents to organizing internal contributions and submitting packages through client portals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all tender submissions, related correspondence, and outcomes.
- Work closely with the commercial team to align proposals with client requirements and expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the tendering process.
- Review and analyze tender documents to identify key requirements, ensuring all legal, technical, and financial criteria are met.
- Create, monitor, and maintain bid schedules to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the commercial and business development teams.
- Liaise with external clients, managing correspondence and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update pre-qualifications on client and industry portals.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Maritime or related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting bids and proposals
