Job Description

Annual Compensation: $150,000-$170,000 plus annual bonus and excellent benefits

Position is located in the Culver City area and will be onsite/hybrid.

Overview

Our Client is looking for an experienced Project Finance Manager (PFM) to assist in supporting their growth plans within the solar installation platform. We are looking for a PFM who is both analytical and an effective team leader with the ability to balance scheduling along with data gathering and analysis.

Who You Are

  • Entrepreneurial and start-up minded
  • Passion for climate change issues, energy transition and clean energy project development
  • MUST be highly skilled and well versed with the Microsoft Excel platform
  • Extensive financial modeling experience
  • M&A transactional experience
  • Ability to prepare cost benefit analyses for projects across the organization for cash flow and revenue improvements
  • Skilled with budget and financial management and ability to balance big-picture business goals, long-term forecasting, and day-to-day oversight of cash flow.
  • Background and general understanding of project management methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of financial management experience
  • Well-versed in financial analysis including gathering and analyzing data, organizing reports, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Well-versed in budgeting and forecasting with the ability to develop budgets and create forecasts to support projects related to cash flow and revenue
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with various levels and across functions
